These terms set out the rules that govern your use of rekening. When you open an account with us, you agree to these conditions. We outline how we handle your data, process payments, settle disputes, and manage your account on our platform.
rekening operates in jurisdictions where online gaming and sportsbook services are permitted by local law. Our services are available only where your location and local regulations allow. You are responsible for verifying that your access to rekening complies with the laws in your jurisdiction.

Accounts are personal. You may not transfer your account to another person, use a third party's account, or allow others to access your account. rekening accepts no liability for unauthorized use if you share your login details.
Deposits and Withdrawals on rekening
We accept deposits via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and direct bank transfers from mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. Deposits are processed immediately or within a few hours depending on your payment provider. Once your deposit clears, funds appear in your rekening balance and are available for play immediately.
We do not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may charge you a fee; check with them before depositing.
Withdrawals are sent back to the payment method you used to deposit. We do not transfer funds to a different payment method for security reasons. Withdrawal requests are processed within a few hours on business days. During holidays like Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, and Nyepi, processing may take longer due to bank closures.
We reserve the right to request identity re-verification before processing a withdrawal. This is standard practice to prevent fraud and money laundering.
